Byeways Bowling Club was formed in 1996 by a small group of local enthusiastic people.

Since then, from humble beginnings, it has gone from strength to strength over the last 12 years.

We have a first class green and pavilion with good facilities and an excellent bar with very reasonable prices for those after match celebrations, or commiserations !

We also have coaches who can teach non-bowlers to bowl in specially arranged training sessions. Meanwhile experienced bowlers are most welcome.

A wide range of social events are carried out during the winter, from Quiz Nights to Fancy Dress Fish and Chip suppers.

We also have a public rink which is available to hire at certain times.
